Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations, drive sustainable growth, and support long-term value creation. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including planning, risk management, record-keeping, reporting, and investor relations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy aligned with business goals.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling for long-term growth.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

2. Financial Operations & Compliance

• Oversee accounting, taxation, treasury, and audit functions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory laws, regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

3. Risk Management & Governance

• Identify financial risks and implement controls to safeguard company assets.
• Establish robust financial policies, processes, and internal controls.
• Ensure transparency and accuracy in financial reporting to stakeholders.

4. Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team for operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to support business decision-making.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and the Board of Directors.

5. Stakeholder Management & Fundraising

• Manage investor relations and ensure timely communication of financial performance.
• Support fundraising initiatives, including debt, equity, and strategic funding.
• Build relationships with financial institutions and external stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
