● Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy aligned with business goals. ● Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. ● Monitor cash flow, working capital, and ensure optimal financial health. ● Oversee accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, and audits. ● Ensure timely preparation of financial reports, MIS, and presentations for management. ● Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO/management based on financial analysis. ● Monitor and evaluate investment strategies and risk management. ● Build and maintain relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities. ● Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to finance. ● Lead and guide the finance and accounts team for smooth operations.
