Job Summary:

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute high-level strategies to achieve business growth, profitability, and sustainability.
  
• Lead, inspire, and manage the senior leadership team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficient management of all departments.
  
• Foster a strong organizational culture based on integrity, accountability, innovation, and performance.
  
• Represent the company in public forums, industry events, investor meetings, and media engagements.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, partners, employees, board members, investors, and regulators.
  
• Ensure effective risk management and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  
• Drive innovation, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
  
• Present regular reports on company performance, strategy, and risk to the Board of Directors.
  
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships to expand the companys reach and impact.

Required Skills :

• Proven experience as CEO, Managing Director, or in a senior executive leadership role (e.g., COO, CFO, or General Manager).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant Masters degree is strongly preferred.
  
• A strong track record of successfully scaling organizations and managing P&L responsibilities.
  
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  
• Deep understanding of corporate governance, strategic planning, and financial acumen.
  
• Ability to lead through change, uncertainty, and complexity.
  
• High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to manage internal teams and external stakeholders.
