Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (retail, corporate & institutional). Expand business through tie-ups with corporates, fleet operators, and finance institutions. Team Leadership & Training Recruit, train, and manage sales executives to build a high-performance team. Monitor daily sales activities, inquiries, follow-ups, and customer handling. Conduct regular performance reviews and motivate the team to achieve targets. Customer Relationship Management Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term relationships. Handle escalated customer complaints with effective solutions. Implement customer engagement programs, test rides, and retention activities. Operations & Compliance Oversee showroom operations, stock availability, and vehicle display standards. Coordinate with service, finance, and accessories teams for smooth operations. Ensure adherence to Honda’s sales processes, reporting formats, and brand guidelines. Market Analysis & Reporting Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance reviews. Provide inputs to management for strategy improvement. Requirements Graduate / MBA preferred, with 5–8 years of automobile sales experience (minimum 2+ years in a managerial role). Proven track record in achieving sales targets, preferably in 2-wheeler/automobile dealerships. Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling abilities. Knowledge of finance, exchange, and insurance products will be an advantage. Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Rushabh Honda Role Overview The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be the principal executive and strategic leader for the entire Rushabh Honda Two Wheelers (HMSI) vertical across Maharashtra. This role is singularly focused on driving aggressive sales growth , maximizing revenue generation , and implementing robust strategies to achieve substantial revenue loss reduction . The CEO will ensure operational excellence, market dominance, and profitability in line with the Rushabh's vision. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales, Revenue & Growth Strategy Develop and execute high-impact strategies to significantly increase vehicle (Motorcycle and Scooter) sales volume and market share across all Maharashtra (existing and new) showrooms. Establish ambitious but achievable revenue targets and lead the team to consistently surpass them, ensuring maximum profitability from every vertical (new sales, service, spares, accessories, and finance / insurance). Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, segments, and geographies within Maharashtra to expand the Rushabh Honda footprint. Dealership development Sub-Dealership network growth, monitor and help them grow their business Inventory management and maintaining stock to turnover ratio Ensuring Month-on-Month growth of 30% across channels 2. Profitability and Financial Management Directly manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement for the entire vertical, holding ultimate accountability for financial performance. Implement immediate and long-term measures to identify and reduce revenue loss through improved inventory management, optimized operational costs, and minimized leakages in all financial processes. Oversee the preparation of comprehensive budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring prudent resource allocation and high returns on investment (ROI). 3. Leadership and Operations Provide dynamic, hands-on leadership to the sales, service, and administrative teams across all showrooms. Foster a high-performance, sales-driven, and customer-centric culture that prioritizes excellence and accountability. Serve as the primary liaison between the Rushabh Motors Pvt Ltd management, Honda Motors and Scooters India (HMSI), and other key stakeholders, ensuring compliance and alignment with brand standards. Qualifications and Skills Must-Haves Proven track Record: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CEO, COO, or similar) within the Automotive (Two-Wheeler or Four-Wheeler) or a closely related Retail / FMCG industry. Sales Acumen: Demonstrable success in driving aggressive, sustained, high-volume sales and market share growth. Financial Mastery: Expert-level understanding of P&L management, cost control, budgeting, and sophisticated strategies for loss reduction and profitability improvement. Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of the Maharashtra market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape. Attributes Exceptional strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
