Chief Executive Officer

• Strategic Leadership: Developing and implementing the company's long-term vision, mission, and strategic plan to achieve growth and sustainability.
• Operational Oversight: Managing the company's daily operations, ensuring operational efficiency, and making high-level decisions on investments and resources.
• Financial Management: Overseeing financial performance, managing budgets, and ensuring the organization's profitability and fiscal health.
• Team Leadership: Leading, motivating, and mentoring the executive leadership team and other senior managers to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with goals.
• Stakeholder Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, customers, and the media.
• Public Representation: Acting as the primary spokesperson for the company, representing it at conferences and in public forums.
• Culture and Vision: Shaping the company's culture, values, and vision, ensuring they are embodied throughout the organization.
• Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and minimizing risks to the company and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

Experience in food industry more preferrable .
