Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to head our HVAC Business Unit. The ideal candidate will drive strategy, business growth, profitability, and operational excellence while leading a team of professionals across design, sales, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end business operations of the HVAC division.
• Develop and execute strategies for business growth and profitability.
• Identify and acquire new clients and projects.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, and cost optimization.
• Oversee design, estimation, procurement, and execution teams.
• Foster long-term client and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with industry and statutory standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (MBA preferred).
• 12–18 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership or P&L role.
• Strong technical, commercial, and operational knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
