Employment Type: Full Time Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven HVAC Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales of HVAC systems and services. You will be expected to understand client requirements, provide suitable HVAC solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell HVAC products like chillers, AHUs, VRF systems, ductable units, etc. Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand customer needs. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support. Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial offers. To insure that all payments are collected as per company’s payment terms. Negotiate terms and close sales deals. Maintain and update CRM/sales records and reports. Collaborate with project and technical teams to ensure proper execution. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments. Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in mechanical, electrical, Marketing, BBA, MBA (Engineers & knowledge of HVAC design or estimation will be an added advantage.) 1-5 years of experience in HVAC or B2B technical sales (freshers with HVAC knowledge may also apply). Good knowledge of HVAC systems and solutions. Strong communication and negotiation skills, presentation skills, Problem solving ability Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
