Position Overview

The CEO will be responsible for leading the company’s strategy, operations, and growth initiatives. The role demands a leader with IT team management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive innovation in product development and service delivery. The CEO will work from our Udaipur office, oversee a hybrid team of 25+ professionals, and be actively involved in online/offline meetings, client interactions, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. The CEO will also report to the Chairman & Managing Director of IFW Techno Creations Pvt. Ltd. as and when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to achieve business growth and profitability.
• Lead and manage a 25+ hybrid team across multiple domains.
• Drive new product development and oversee its market introduction.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct online and offline meetings, presentations, and business pitches as required.
• Monitor financial performance and commit to profit-making strategies for company growth.
• Report directly to the Chairman & MD with regular updates and performance reports.
• Ensure strong corporate culture, team collaboration, and employee motivation.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and business gatherings.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in IT team leadership and management (preferably with 25+ hybrid team).
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Excellent presentation, networking, and client relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of business strategy and new product development.
• Ability to commit profits and implement strong financial discipline in the organization.
• Should be based in Udaipur with own commute (car).
• Open to traveling for business meetings, conferences, and client visits.
