S/he should 1. Have the ability to recognize opportunities at the community level to enhance quality of life. 2. Work towards setting up a facility to offer pre-incubation support. 3. Recognize and engage innovators in the region to solve India-specific problems. 4. Work closely with startups/ industries in the region to undertake capacity building measures and enhance the value proposition. 5. Ensure that a consistent and vibrant startup / innovation ecosystem is established.
