Chief Executive Officer

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

-Lead strategic planning, business growth, and profitability

-Oversee complete operations and P&L for a 100 Cr+ engineering setup

-Strengthen systems, processes, and organisational capabilities

-Build and mentor high-performing cross-functional teams

-Drive excellence in project execution, production, and quality

-Maintain strong client relationships and explore market expansion opportunities

🔹 Ideal Candidate Profile:

-10–20+ years of leadership experience in engineering, fabrication, and heavy engineering

-Proven success as CEO / COO / Business Head managing large-scale operations

-Strong knowledge of heavy engineering projects, shop-floor processes, quality systems, and commercial functions

-Demonstrated ability to lead business transformation & operational improvements

-Prior experience handling 100 Cr+ turnover is preferred
