Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Chief Engineer to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and management, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee the maintenance and repair of hotel equipment and facilities.
Manage and supervise a team of engineers and technicians to ensure efficient operations.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve technical issues and improve overall performance.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Chief Engineer or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
