Assist in setup of computers, printers, wifi-routers and servers for new vessels Provide office IT support to the company employees. Provide vessel IT support to the crews onboard the vessels. Ensure all the IT issues are resolved within the stipulated time. Ensure assigned IT project tasks are completed within the stipulated timeline. Provide effective communication and customer service to the employees and the crews, in person and through phone calls and emails.
