Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef De Partie located in Coimbatore. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, managing a section of the kitchen, and ensuring the kitchen remains clean and organized. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with the head chef, maintaining inventory and stock levels, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met, and training junior kitchen staff. The Chef De Partie will also take part in menu planning and development to ensure the continual creation of new and innovative dishes.

Qualifications

• Strong culinary skills including cooking, prepping, and presentation
• Experience in kitchen management and ability to oversee a kitchen section
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to collaborate with head chef and kitchen staff
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role
• Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications
• Passion for food and commitment to quality
