At Anko, food is shared and community is built one cup, one plate, and one memory at a time. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef at Anko, located in Coimbatore. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating and innovating menu items that align with our brand, and maintaining high culinary standards. Daily tasks include managing kitchen staff, ordering supplies, ensuring food quality and presentation, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. The role requires collaboration with the café management to deliver a consistent and exceptional dining experience.
