Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef De Partie HOT KITCHEN at Anko caf, located in Coimbatore. The Chef De Partie's daily tasks include preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating new menu items, ensuring the kitchen operates in a timely manner that meets quality standards, enforcing strict health and hygiene standards, and keeping the kitchen station clean and orderly.

• Expertise in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, along with a comprehensive understanding of various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
• Experience in menu creation and a strong ability to assist in developing new dishes
• Ability to enforce health and safety hygiene standards, and maintain a clean working environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• A culinary diploma or degree is preferred
• Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or a similar role in a high-end caf or restaurant
