Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pastry Chef at Anko café in Coimbatore. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for preparing, baking, and decorating a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods. The daily tasks include creating new recipes, ensuring ingredient freshness, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. The role also involves coordinating with other kitchen staff, managing inventory, and ensuring the presentation of final products aligns with Anko’s standards.

Qualifications

• Bakery and Baking skills
• bread kneading, desserts
• Food Preparation and Cooking skills
• Culinary skills
• Creativity and attention to detail in pastry presentation
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Formal training in culinary arts or pastry cooking is preferred
