Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef at Anko, located in Coimbatore. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating and innovating menu items that align with our brand, and maintaining high culinary standards. Daily tasks include managing kitchen staff, ordering supplies, ensuring food quality and presentation, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. The role requires collaboration with the café management to deliver a consistent and exceptional dining experience.

Qualifications

• Culinary expertise, including menu creation and innovation
• Strong leadership and staff management skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
• Formal culinary training or degree
