Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Baker at Anko café located in Coimbatore. The Baker will be responsible for day-to-day baking activities including preparing and baking bread, cookies, and other baked goods. The Baker will ensure food preparation is carried out according to Anko's standards and established recipes, maintaining a high level of quality and consistency. The role requires attention to detail, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and collaborating with the rest of the café team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Baking crossaints, sourdough, breads
• and PASTRY
• Skills in Food Preparation with an emphasis on baking bread and cookies
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in product quality
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Relevant certification or diploma in Baking or Culinary Arts is a plus
• Prior experience working in a café or bakery setting is preferred
