Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Hot Kitchen CDP (Chef de Partie). The Hot Kitchen CDP will be responsible for leading food preparation and cooking, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes. The role involves daily collaboration with the kitchen team, communicating effectively to manage kitchen operations, and providing excellent customer service by ensuring timely and quality food delivery.

• Food Preparation and Cooking skills
• Knowledge and practice of Hygiene standards
• Strong Communication skills
• Customer Service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Experience in a similar role within the food industry is a plus
• Culinary certification or relevant degree is beneficial
