Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chef De Cuisin to join our team at Marriott Executive Apartments, with 8-10 years of experience in the culinary industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Conduct regular quality checks on food products and ingredients.
Train and mentor junior chefs to improve their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef De Cuisin or similar role in a reputable establishment.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and ingredient combinations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
