Responsibilities

  • Chocolate Production:

  • Develop and create new chocolate recipes and flavor combinations, incorporating a variety of ingredients such as nuts, fruits, spices, and liqueurs.
  • Prepare fillings, ganaches, caramels, and other components from scratch.
  • Operate and maintain chocolate-making equipment, including tempering machines, melters, and molding tools.
  • Decorate and finish chocolates with artistic flair, using techniques such as airbrushing, hand-painting, and dusting.
  • Quality Control & Standards:
  • Ensure all products meet the company's high standards for taste, texture, and appearance.
  • Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation regulations (HACCP, local health codes, etc.).
  • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies and assist with ordering.
