Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Indian Chef located in Ramnagar. The Indian Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of traditional and modern Indian dishes, ensuring high standards in food quality and presentation. Day-to-day tasks will include menu planning, ingredient selection, food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards, and overseeing kitchen staff. The role requires a commitment to culinary excellence and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Indian cuisine and culinary techniques
• Strong organizational and menu planning skills
• Proficiency in ingredient selection and food preparation
• Experience in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
