Indian Chef JD We are seeking a highly skilled Indian Chef with strong expertise in Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking techniques. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in reputed restaurants, with the ability to balance flavors, maintain consistency in quality, and ensure hygiene standards in the kitchen. Key Responsibilities: Prepare authentic Indian dishes with expertise in spices, flavors, and proper quantities. Plan and execute menus that deliver a memorable dining experience. Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of food. Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times. Supervise kitchen staff and assist in training them on Indian cooking techniques. Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory management, and reduce wastage. Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to deliver timely service. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong experience (minimum 5 years)as an Indian Chef in reputed restaurants. In-depth knowledge of Indian spices, flavors, and food preparation techniques. Ability to manage portion control, food costing, and quality standards. Excellent sense of taste, presentation, and innovation in Indian cuisine. Strong leadership and teamwork skills. Commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety practices.
