You will be responsible for cooking food based on recipes and instructions provided by the head chef. Additionally, your duties will include cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and areas, which includes wiping down counters, sweeping floors, and emptying trash cans. It is crucial for you to troubleshoot and report any problems to your supervisor, especially in cases of malfunctioning kitchen equipment. Furthermore, you are expected to adhere to safety and sanitation procedures, such as wearing gloves and hairnets, and practicing frequent hand washing.
