Job Description

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes with authentic flavours and consistency.
  • Handle North Indian, South Indian, tandoor, curries, gravies, biryanis, and snacks as per menu requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of taste, presentation, and portion control.
  • Plan and manage mise-en-place for all Indian food sections.
  • Ensure proper marination, spice blending, and traditional cooking techniques.
  • Monitor quality and freshness of ingredients used in Indian cuisine.
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the Indian kitchen area.
  • Coordinate with the Head Chef/Sous Chef to plan new Indian dishes and seasonal menus.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stock rotation of raw materials and spices.
  • Supervise helpers and junior cooks to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Follow all food safety guidelines, including HACCP standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
