As an Indian Chef, your role will involve preparing authentic Indian cuisine with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards. Your responsibilities will include: - Prepare and cook a wide range of Indian dishes such as North Indian, South Indian, Tandoori, and regional specialties - Design and update menus based on customer preferences and seasonal availability - Ensure authenticity, quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes - Manage food preparation, cooking processes, and plating - Monitor food inventory, place orders as needed, and control food costs - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen - Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations - Train and supervise kitchen staff if applicable To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following qualifications and skills: - Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role - Strong knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques - Formal culinary training or certification preferred - Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment - Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail - Teamwork and leadership abilities - Creativity in menu planning and presentation Additionally, you should have a minimum of 25 years of experience in Indian cuisine. The job is full-time and permanent, with benefits such as food provided, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work location is in person.
