Job Description

As a Chef at the company, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Indian dishes, such as curries, meats, and vegetables. Your role will involve kitchen management, including setting up the kitchen, delegating tasks, and supervising cooks. Additionally, you will be in charge of menu planning, creating a menu that considers budget constraints and seasonal ingredients. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure food safety by complying with health and safety regulations and maintaining kitchen hygiene - Conduct quality control measures by tasting meals and visually inspecting dishes to ensure high standards - Train staff on how to prepare and cook menu items effectively - Manage inventory by taking stock of ingredients and equipment, and placing orders to replenish stock Qualifications Required: - Education: Preferred secondary (10th Pass) - Experience: Minimum 1 year experience as a Chef and 1 year total work experience This is a full-time position with a rotational shift schedule. Additionally, there is a performance bonus offered for your dedication and hard work. The work location is in person, providing you with the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a hands-on environment.,
