The Indian Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of traditional and modern Indian dishes, ensuring high standards in food quality and presentation. Day-to-day tasks will include menu planning, ingredient selection, food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards, and overseeing kitchen staff. The role requires a commitment to culinary excellence and guest satisfaction.
