Main responsibilities:

As part of the Global Supply Chain Master Data CHC Team, you will be accountable to set the master data to ensure a good execution of the End-to-End flow through the different systems in coordination with the various stakeholders

Master Data Management

• Manage the creation and the setup of Material Master Data for Europe CHC Perimeter
• Manage the setup of Material Master Data for Opella Health Care International (OHI)
• Manage the set up on Commercial Conditions for Third Party Customers and Price setting under Opella Health Care International (OHI)

• Coordinate with the stakeholders in the organization the data collection and validation
• Work closely with the master data community to share issues and tips
• Participate on the process and documentation building and readjustment
• Ensure a good quality of the data and identify the settings to be clarified

Flow Management

• Ensure the creation and the validation of physical and financial flow for the GMIDs under your perimeter
• Simulate the flow created in the system to identify master data error and anticipate the correction to coordinate the correction with the different users (finance, plants, markets…)
• Work closely with export Customer service, plants and markets to ensure the execution of the flow and be reactive to support the team in case of master data issue.
• Understand the flow setting

Master Data Quality & Improvements

• Work on Data Quality improvement
• Implement and define the rules to be measured through a Data Quality Tools (DQM/Power BI) in the CHC perimeter
• Work closely with Data Quality Team
• Define KPIs and dashboard to visualize the progress on Data correction
• Make proposal on new WOW to collect and track the flow to be corrected in anticipation
• Have a good understanding on the tools and interfaces
• Involve in several project including Master Data
• Support CHLOE 2.0 Project

Main Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 year of experience supply chain , pricing , set up master data
• Education: studies in Supply Chain or Master Data is preferred
• Must be located in India or France
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is a must.
• Multinational experience is a great addition.
