The Engineering Challenge âRe-imaging credit and payments from First Principlesâ Payments is an interesting engineering challenge in itself with requirements of low latency, transactional guarantees, security, and high scalability. When we add credit and engagement into the mix, the challenge becomes even more interesting with underwriting and recommendation algorithms working on large data sets. We have eliminated the current call center, sales agent, and SMS-based processes with a mobile app that puts the customers in complete control. To stay agile, the entire stack is built on the cloud with modern technologies. Job Title: Team Lead - Python Chatbot Developer Opportunity: This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional who thrives in leadership roles while staying technically engaged. If youâre passionate about building and leading teams to create cutting-edge conversational AI solutions, weâd love to hear from you. What you will do: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of chatbot developers to deliver robust and scalable conversational AI solutions. Stay hands-on with development, contributing to architecture design, coding, and troubleshooting as required. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Oversee the development of chatbots using frameworks like Rasa, Dialogflow, Hugging Face, and machine learning models. Ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of chatbot solutions by performing regular code reviews and system evaluations. Facilitate team skill development in technologies such as Python, Flask, REST APIs, SQL, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. Optimize chatbot models by fine-tuning pre-trained models and integrating NLP best practices. Foster collaboration within the team to encourage knowledge-sharing and innovation. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables. Stay updated on industry trends in AI/ML, NLP, and chatbot development and introduce innovative solutions. Experience Range : 6+ years of experience in chatbot development and conversational AI technologies, of which last 2-4 years has been as a Team Lead of a Rasa project Technical Expertise: Strong expertise in Python, Tensorflow, Rasa, Flask, RESTful APIs, and SQL. Hands-on experience with Rasa, Dialogflow, and fine-tuning models using Hugging Face, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Solid understanding of NLP concepts and their application in chatbot systems. Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team of developers. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to drive projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision. Experience in scaling, detecting bottlenecks in tensorflow training, deployment and production issues.
