Job Summary:

Email and Chat Support Team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via

    email and chat

    related to bookings, cancellations, and travel services.
  • Provide

    accurate information

    and resolve issues efficiently within defined timelines.
  • Maintain a

    high level of professionalism

    and empathy while dealing with customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer concerns.
  • Ensure adherence to process guidelines and service quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months

    of experience in an

    Email/Chat or Customer Support

    role (Travel process experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills

    both written and verbal.
  • Graduate/Undergraduate

    candidates are eligible.
  • Immediate joiners

    preferred.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
