Roles and Responsibility

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a chat support environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple chats simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while working under pressure.
