Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented ACE-qualified Chartered Accountant (Female) to join our finance team. As a fresher, you will gain hands-on experience in core financial operations, compliance, and reporting, while working under the guidance of senior professionals.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Assist in maintaining general ledger and day-to-day accounting transactions
• Help with journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation

2. Audit Support

• Assist in statutory and internal audits by preparing schedules and required reports
• Ensure timely resolution of auditor queries

3. Taxation Compliance

• Support in preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and income tax returns
• Help maintain compliance documentation and keep records up-to-date

4. MIS & Financial Reporting

• Contribute to monthly MIS reports and data compilation
• Support analysis on costs, revenue, and performance metrics

5. Budgeting Assistance

• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts under supervision
• Help track variances between actuals and budgets

6. Internal Controls

• Participate in process audits and internal control checks
• Identify gaps and report them for corrective action

7. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work with procurement, HR, and operations teams for invoice processing and data validation
• Support finance team in day-to-day administrative tasks

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
• Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, or any ERP/accounting software
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
