Job Title: Chartered Accountant (Consulting and Audit Division)

Job Location - Aluva, Ernakulam

We are a leading audit and consultancy firm known for its high standards in financial advisory, auditing, and compliance services. Looking for an experienced and proactive Chartered Accountant to lead our Audit Division, overseeing a six-member audit team and ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult our Clients
• Provide financial consulting services to clients, including financial analysis, tax planning, and audit support.
• Assist clients in optimizing their financial operations and improving their overall financial performance.
• Prepare and review projections, financial statements, reports, and budgets for clients.
• Conduct financial due diligence and risk assessments for potential business transactions.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to develop and implement effective financial strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry trends.
• Ensure timely task allocation and workload management for the team.
• Develop and enforce best practices for auditing and compliance.

Client Relationship & Issue Resolution

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key audit clients.
• Ensure clear communication of audit findings and recommendations.
• Handle client escalations effectively, preventing service quality issues.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth

Training & Development

• Conduct technical training sessions for the team on latest auditing standards, tax laws, and compliance updates.
• Mentor CA articles and junior auditors, ensuring their professional growth.
• Encourage a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement.

Requirements:

1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

2. 1+ years work experience post qualification with relevant experience in practicing firm or consulting environment.

3. Strong command of accounting software such as Tally and advanced Excel skills.

4. Excellent communication and reporting skills, both verbal and written.

5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

7. Professional work ethic and etiquette, maintaining confidentiality and integrity.

8. Proven interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

9. Candidates must be fluent in English and Malayalam.
