We’re Hiring: Cost Assistant (CA/CMA Fresher)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cost Audits

• Conduct detailed cost audits and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Recommend cost optimization and process improvement opportunities.

2. MIS Reporting

• Prepare and maintain accurate MIS reports for management.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights that support strategic decisions.
• Ensure timely and data-driven reporting.

3. Compliance & Process Improvement

• Stay updated with cost accounting standards and compliance norms.
• Assist in implementing internal controls and compliance procedures.
• Evaluate current processes and propose efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• CA / CMA (Fresher)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team
