Job Description

Lead the financial planning and controllership functions for the organization, ensuring accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage financial close process: month-end, quarter-end, and year-end
Prepare and present timely financial statements and management reports to senior leadership
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
Maintain and strengthen internal controls, risk assessments, and audit readiness
Coordinate statutory audits, tax compliance, and regulatory filings
Drive process improvements in financial systems, data integrity, and automation
Monitor cash flow, treasury activities, and working capital management
collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
