Job Description

About the Role:

Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, Audit, and Accounting activities.
Manage and guide a small team of interns or junior accountants.
Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.
Review financial statements, ledgers, and compliance reports.
Prepare and file statutory returns and reports within deadlines.
Maintain strong
client relationships
and ensure smooth communication.
Identify and resolve discrepancies or compliance issues proactively.
Coordinate with internal teams for efficient workflow management.
Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and professional ethics in all deliverables.

Requirements:

Qualified
Chartered Accountant (CA)
— Fresher or up to 2 years of experience.
Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards and taxation laws.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Leadership and team coordination capabilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and other accounting software.
Tech-savvy with an interest in automation and AI-based tracking tools.
