Job description

• Finalization of Accounts in compliance with the Accounting Standards, Companies Act, 2013 and Income tax act, 1961
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements like trial balance, profit and loss statement, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
• Experience of Statutory Audits and Tax Audits
• Experience of handling TDS and GST matters
• Conducting financial audits of client accounts and records
• Preparing reports on audit findings and presenting them to management
• Conducting risk assessments and developing audit plans
• Keeping up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and standards
• Prepare and Consolidate Financials as per Ind AS/ IFRS/ IGAAP
• Internal Audit Experience
• Prepare and records assets, liabilities, revenue & expenses entries by compiling, and analyzing, accounts data. Preparation of various MIS reports for monthly review
• Ensure seamless accounting processes with adequate internal controls.
• Ensure all monthly reconciliation are in place, preparation of various MIS reports for management review
• Working knowledge of Quick Books

Skills

• Strong accounting skills with up to date knowledge of latest accounting standards and Corporate laws 
• Ability to work independently and as a team member with excellent interpersonal skills 
• Knowledge of working on different accounting platforms/ systems
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure 
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills 
• Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
• Constantly endeavor to bring in efficiency in existing processes and systems
