Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Finalisation

  and preparation of

  Balance Sheet and P&L statements

  .
• Handle

  all statutory compliances,

  including

  GST, TDS, PF, ESIC

  , and ensure timely payments.
• Manage

  Internal and External Audits

  and liaise with auditors.
• Oversee

  Bank and Statutory Audit assignments

  ,

  Direct & Indirect Tax filings

  , and related documentation.
• Perform

  Bank Reconciliation

  ,

  vendor payments

  , and

  vendor account management

  .
• Prepare and maintain

  MIS reports

  ,

  operational financial reports

  , and other management summaries.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial reporting norms.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams for smooth financial operations.
• Maintain

  data confidentiality

  and ensure accuracy across all financial processes.

Skills & Competencies Required

• Strong knowledge of

  Accounting principles

  and

  Corporate Finance

• Proficiency in

  Tally

  and other accounting software
• Excellent

  reporting and analytical skills

• Strong attention to detail and

  deadline orientation

• Sound understanding of

  SFAS Rules

  and

  Taxation norms

• Ability to maintain

  confidentiality

  and integrity of financial data
• Strong numerical and problem-solving aptitude

Experience

• Minimum

  3 years

  of experience in

  Accounting and Finance

• Must be a

  qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

  .
• Prior experience in

  financial reporting

  and working with

  multiple legal entities

  preferred

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree

  in

  Accounting, Finance, or Taxation

Compensation

• Salary:

  As per the last CTC and company standards
