Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Review and oversee bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, and financial data accuracy
• Prepare and finalize financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
• Conduct ratio analysis, financial reviews, and MIS reporting
• Supervise team members in maintaining accounting records

• Prepare and review Income Tax Returns (ITRs) for individuals, firms, companies, and other entities
• Handle advance tax workings, tax calculations, and TDS reconciliations
• Review and file TDS returns (24Q/26Q) and support clients with compliance queries
• Draft replies for income tax notices & support in assessments/scrutiny cases

• Review preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns)
• Conduct GST reconciliations and identify mismatches
• Support in GST audits, refunds, and departmental queries
• Advise clients on GST applicability, classification, and compliance

• Provide tax planning, structuring, and compliance guidance
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and manage client relationships
• Assist businesses in implementing efficient accounting and compliance systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (freshers or experienced)
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, and Income Tax
• Proficiency in Tally, Busy, Zoho Books, or similar accounting tools
• Excellent Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas)
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple clients
