Job Title: Chartered Accountant – Core Accounting

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Business Units: HigherEd, Edureka (Vocational Business)

Salary Range: Up to 15 LPA

Experience Required: 3–5 years

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage

the core accounting function for our Vocational Business verticals- HigherEd, and Edureka.

This is a critical role where you will be responsible for end-to-end accounting, financial

compliance, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and integrity across all transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

● Handle end-to-end core accounting including ledger management, reconciliations, and

finalization of accounts.

● Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, and audit requirements.

● Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements, and budgets.

● Work closely with leadership to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

● Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities as required.

● Implement best practices to strengthen financial controls and processes.

Requirements:-

● Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.

● Proven expertise in core accounting and financial management.

● Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Direct & Indirect Taxation, and

Statutory Compliance.

● Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

● Prior experience in EdTech or service sector will be an added advantage.
