Chartered Accountant (CA)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, excellent knowledge of accounting standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure timely filing of tax returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and handle tax assessments.
• Monitor and manage cash flows, working capital, and financial performance.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with statutory audit requirements.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Proven experience in accounting, taxation, and financial management.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, and Income Tax laws.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
