Candidate, a semi-qualified CS with good working knowledge in Secretarial Matters, would be expected to assist Company Secretary in: 1. Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including filing annual returns, disclosures and resolutions 2. Drafting and filing statutory documents, such as meeting minutes, annual returns, board resolutions 3. Ensuring maintenance of corporate records, registers and statutory books as per the applicable laws and regulations 4. Review of corporate governance best practices, legal requirements and compliance issues . 5. Managing shareholder communications, including organising annual general meetings and handling shareholder inquiries in case of certain clients 6. Coordinating and facilitating internal office meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes & circulation of the same to partners 7. Should have good hold of SEBI LODR regulations to ensure timely compliance with respect to listed companies 8. In-depth knowledge and good work experience in Companies Act, SEBI, MSME and FEMA (RBI Directions) Regulations. Knowledge of Labour laws is preferred 9. Must be willing to travel across different client locations for periodic compliance reviews 10. Should be a team player and good communication skills in English, Telugu and Hindi (Preferred).
