Job Title: Senior Executive – Audit

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Audit to join our Audit & Assurance team. The role involves leading audit assignments, preparing accurate financial reports, conducting GST reconciliations, and delivering key MIS insights to clients and management. This is a dynamic position requiring both technical expertise and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring quality and timely execution of
• assignments.
• Conduct financial and compliance audits in line with regulatory standards and internal
• methodologies.
• Review working papers, financial statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and
• adherence to statutory requirements.
• Prepare and analyze GST reconciliation statements, including GSTR-9C filing.
• Perform financial and costing ratio analysis, and identify variances to aid strategic
• decision-making.
• Deliver periodical MIS reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Liaise directly with clients to understand expectations, resolve queries, and build
• strong relationships.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, audit regulations, and industry
• best practices.
• Support the development and enhancement of internal audit tools, templates, and
• documentation standards.
• Provide mentorship and technical support to junior team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Mandatory Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in audit and assurance, preferably in a CA firm.
• Solid understanding of audit methodologies, financial reporting standards, and
• regulatory requirements.
• Exposure to GST reconciliation, particularly GSTR-9C.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and audit tools/software.
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Shanthinagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
