Job Description

Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Job Location: Rajkot, Gujarat .

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage financial planning, taxation, auditing, and compliance for our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, adherence to statutory regulations, and provide strategic insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including direct and indirect taxes (GST, Income Tax, TDS, etc.).
Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and implement effective financial controls.
Manage statutory audits and liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
Monitor accounts payable, receivable, and overall cash flow management.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
Ensure timely filing of returns, ROC compliance, and other regulatory filings.
Advise management on cost optimization, profitability, and investment strategies.
Stay updated with changes in financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.

Qualifications & Skills:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid ICAI membership.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing, taxation, and corporate laws.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, ERP, etc.) and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
