Job Description

A Chartered Accountant (CA) plays a crucial role in managing the financial health, compliance, and strategic decision-making of the organization. The CA ensures transparency, accuracy, and accountability in all financial matters while supporting management in achieving sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting & Financial Management
  • Maintain accurate books of accounts including journals, ledgers, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Oversee fixed asset registers and ensure proper depreciation records.
  • Taxation & Compliance
  • Handle direct and indirect taxation matters including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
  • Prepare and file tax returns on time while ensuring compliance with government regulations.
  • Conduct tax audits, statutory audits, and internal audits effectively.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Monitor financial performance and suggest cost optimization strategies.
  • Provide revenue projections and assist in financial planning for business expansion.
  • Auditing & Risk Management
  • Develop and implement internal audit systems to prevent fraud and errors.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and ensure smooth completion of audits.
  • Identify financial risks and recommend corrective measures.
  • Financial Advisory & Strategy
  • Provide management with financial insights to support decision-making.
  • Assist in mergers, acquisitions, investment planning, and fund-raising activities.
  • Develop tax-efficient structures and strategies for long-term growth.
  • Corporate Governance & Legal Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, ROC filings, and MCA regulations.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports for stakeholders and board meetings.
  • Adhere to SEBI and other regulatory guidelines (for listed companies).
  • Other Responsibilities
  • Oversee payroll processing and employee taxation.
  • Review financial terms in contracts with vendors and clients.
  • Work with accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or QuickBooks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
