Job Title: Senior Manager – Taxation & Banking

Location: Patna, Bihar
Job Type: Full-time
Preferred Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in Taxation & Banking (Post-qualification)

Key Responsibilities: Taxation:

• Manage end-to-end Direct and Indirect Taxation including Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings and ensure timely compliance with statutory regulations.
• Liaise with tax consultants, auditors, and regulatory bodies for assessments, scrutiny, and appeals.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and provide strategic guidance to ensure compliance and tax optimization.
• Prepare and review tax provisions and deferred tax calculations.

Banking & Finance:

• Handle relationships with banks and financial institutions for working capital, loans, and fund management.
• Ensure effective cash flow management, banking operations, and fund allocation.
• Manage preparation and renewal of project reports, CMA data, loan applications, and other documents.
• Evaluate and execute short-term and long-term financing strategies.

General Responsibilities:

• Support audits (Statutory, Tax, Internal) with accurate financial/tax data and reconciliations.
• Ensure all company accounts and finance functions are aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and transparency in financial reporting and tax planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Taxation and Banking roles.
• Strong understanding of Income Tax Act, GST regulations, FEMA, and RBI guidelines.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, banking portals, and accounting tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Preferred Attributes:

• Prior experience in manufacturing, agro-based, or FMCG sector is a plus.
• Ability to lead a team and work cross-functionally with finance, legal, and operations.
• Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
