Charted Accountant

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Chartered Accountant to lead our financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and provide strategic financial guidance to support the company’s growth. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, auditing, and financial management.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management

• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per applicable accounting standards .
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions.

Audit & Compliance

• Manage internal and statutory audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including Income Tax, GST, ROC filings, PF, ESIC, etc.
• Develop and implement internal controls and policies to mitigate risks.

Taxation

• Oversee direct and indirect tax planning, filing, and assessments.
• Handle GST returns, TDS, tax audits, and income tax filings.
• Provide guidance on tax strategies and regulatory changes affecting the business.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Support management with financial modelling, cost control initiatives, and profitability analysis.

Financial Strategy & Advisory

• Provide insights and recommendations to support business growth and financial health.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, cash flow planning, and working capital management.
• Participate in strategic planning and long-term financial decision-making.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to accounting standards.
• Provide training and support for process improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per month
