Charted Accountant

Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Chartered Accountant to support our finance team with day‑to‑day accounting activities, statutory compliance, and reporting. This role offers hands‑on experience in a dynamic environment and a clear path for professional growth toward a full CA designation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and post journal entries, ledger reconciliations, and month‑end closing schedules.

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, tax filings (GST, Income Tax), and other statutory returns.

- Conduct basic audit checks and support internal/external audit teams.

- Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and expense reports.

- Help with budgeting and forecasting tasks as needed.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS, etc.).

- Provide support to senior staff on ad‑hoc analysis and reporting requests.

Qualifications

- Completed CA Intermediate or equivalent; final CA pending is a plus.

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance or related field.

- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.

- Knowledge of Indian tax laws and statutory compliance is preferred.
