We are seeking a motivated and dynamic B2B Channel Sales to join our growing team in the interior design industry. In this role, you will engage with key businesses, including property developers, contractors, architects, and interior designers, to drive sales growth and build lasting relationships. You will play a pivotal role in the company's expansion by identifying new business opportunities and executing effective sales strategies to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic B2B sales plans to target potential clients and drive revenue growth within the real estate and interior design markets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing business clients to understand their needs, propose tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling to expand the customer base in the B2B sector.
- Product Knowledge & Presentations: Provide clients with in-depth knowledge of real estate offerings or interior design products/services, conducting presentations and product demos as needed.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and prices with clients, ensuring successful deal closure and long-term partnerships.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the marketing and project teams to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns and provide feedback on market trends and customer demands.
- Market Research: Keep up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to ensure the company remains competitive. Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Experience
- 2-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the real estate, interior design, or construction industry.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and negotiate with clients.
- Client Management: Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with business clients.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding of the real estate or interior design industry, including key players, trends, and challenges.
- Problem Solving: Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Self-Motivated: A proactive and results-oriented approach to sales with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and other sales management platforms. Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Interior Design, or related field.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
